اسپتال میں کیا ہوا؟
پاکپتن کے ڈسٹرکٹ ہیڈکوارٹرز (ڈی ایچ کیو) اسپتال میں ایک بہت افسوسناک واقعہ پیش آیا۔ بیس چھوٹے بچے، جن میں زیادہ تر نومولود تھے، جاں بحق ہو گئے۔ اس واقعے نے بہت سے لوگوں کو چونکا دیا اور کئی سنجیدہ سوالات کھڑے کر دیے۔

What Happened at the Hospital?
In Pakpattan, at the District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital, something very sad happened. Twenty small children, most of them newborn babies, passed away. This has shocked many people and made them ask serious questions.
The babies died between June 16 and June 22. On June 19 alone, five babies died in the hospital’s children’s ward. That day was especially heartbreaking.

The hospital’s boss, Dr. Adnan, assembled a group of doctors and nurses to look into what went wrong. This team had:

They were asked to find out why five babies died on June 19. But later, it was found that 20 babies had died in total!
