Karachi, July 16, 2025 — Senior journalist Jasmeen Manzoor has accused her ex-husband of brutal domestic abuse, sharing disturbing photos of her injuries on social media platform X (formerly Twitter).
In a series of emotional posts, Jasmeen revealed that the abuse occurred during their marriage, with photos dated June 4 showing visible bruises and injuries. She claimed the violence was inflicted while she was grieving her mother’s death.
“The tortured woman is me. My ex-husband gave me the gift of torture,” she wrote, adding that despite the cruelty, her ex has been living comfortably at Jinnah Hospital for the past six months.

This incident follows a similar case in 2024, when TV host Ayesha Jahanzeb accused her husband of abuse — he was arrested but later forgiven.
