Arshdeep Singh Ruled Out of Fifth Test Against England Due to Hand Injury

Team India has suffered another injury blow just before the fifth and final Test against England. Left-arm fast bowler Arshdeep Singh has been ruled out due to a hand injury he picked up during a practice session.

This comes right after Nitish Kumar Reddy was ruled out with a knee injury, marking two key losses in a single day.

Arshdeep was expected to play in seamer-friendly Manchester conditions. His injury is believed to be a minor fracture or muscle strain, and doctors have advised rest. He will now miss the Test and head to NCA for recovery.

In his place, young all-rounder Anshul Kamboj has been added to the squad.

India will now have to rethink their pace attack as they must win the final match to level the series 2–2.
